1. To add or change the Contacts for a vendor's data record, select either the ADD option (if adding a new vendor record) or the select the vendor from the list, if you are changing an existing record.
2. When you are done entering the data for the vendor (if new record), or when the record appears (existing record), command options will appear to allow you to access the Contacts(K) for this vendor.
